SHABURINA SHABU-SHABU HOT POT offers a thoughtfully paced dining experience centered around Japanese and Korean-style hot pot, nestled in Redmond's bustling 152nd Avenue NE strip. This spot is geared toward diners who appreciate interactive meals where cooking your own broth and fresh, quality ingredients take center stage.

The atmosphere here strikes a balance between lively and relaxed. Tables have enough space to avoid feeling cramped, which supports easy conversation and comfortable dining. The interior is clean and modern without being overly stylized, making it a practical choice for groups ranging from casual family outings to small gatherings of friends or coworkers. While it can get busy during peak hours, early evening visits tend to offer a more easygoing pace.

What stands out most at SHABURINA is the range and quality of the ingredients. Premium meats like A5 Wagyu and boneless short ribs are highlights for those looking to indulge in melt-in-your-mouth textures, while an extensive salad bar and fresh seafood selections provide balance. The broth options, such as the Hokkaido miso specialty or spicy miso soup, are flavorful enough to stand on their own but also serve as a perfect canvas for building personal flavor combinations from the expansive sauce bar. Those new to hot pot might find the ordering process a little unfamiliar at first, but the attentive staff make the effort feel smooth and welcoming.

Complementing the hot pot offerings is a varied drink menu featuring house sake, fruit soju, and popular local beers like Elysian Spacedust IPA. For those who prefer to keep things simple, soft drinks and a soft ice cream dessert round out the meal nicely.

Parking can be a bit confusing at first glance, but the availability of in-building parking helps reduce the typical hassle, especially when the restaurant fills up in the evening. This spot makes for a social dinner destination where you can take your time, savor freshly cooked meats and vegetables, and enjoy a hands-on meal without feeling rushed.

The food here is amazing! This is our second time here and it’s just as good as the first time. Totally worth the money. The atmosphere is perfect. Clean, not too noisy, and the tables aren’t too close together like some restaurants.

After driving around the Seattle area to find hotpot. Most of them are Mongolian hot pot. Then I found out about Japanese hot pot that is called Shaburina. I tried it, and it was so good. The quality of the meat is awesome. And the service makes you feel like a VIP.

I had trouble finding parking but found out they have in-building parking so figure that out ahead of time. We were early so no waiting but it got busy quickly. The ordering process was a bit convoluted and the tablet stationary position funky. The server can help if you're new. Be sure to let the broth start boiling before putting frozen items in or it takes a long time to warm up. Be sure to get a litte tutorial on the use of the pot. The bar has about 100 different items from veggies, tofu, pho meatballs, sausage, shrimp, scallops to surimi. The different types of meat come in little containers stacked up so you finish one type before going to the next. There are so many dipping sauce choices. If you want more you just keep going to the bar or ask for more meat. It's a fun experience but take it a bit slow and don't get anxious with the newness of it.

If you love hot pot, Shaburina needs to be on your must try list! The meats are super fresh, the veggie and seafood selection is great, and the broth flavors are rich and delicious. The sauce bar has so many choices to build the perfect flavor combo. On top of the amazing food, the service is genuinely warm and attentive. The owner made sure we had everything we needed like extra broth, refills, recommendations…all with a smile. The space feels clean, modern, and perfect for gathering with friends or family on a cozy night out. From start to finish, it was an awesome dining experience. Highly recommend if you’re craving hot pot that tastes as good as it looks. We will definitely be coming back!!!!

First time coming here, it was easily located and they have retail parking with lots of space. Coming in, it took a while for someone to greet us and to get us a table (maybe they were understaffed?) Once the waiter explained how it works, everything went smoothly. The broth that we chose were original and spicy miso. The buffet bar has all the fixings from vegetables to seafood. We got the premium set, and man it was so much that we didn't order more meat. The quality of the meat was great! The sauce bar has many options to make your own sauce. If you want rice, it's included in the price. If you want to celebrate your birthday, you have to come on your birthday to get complimentary meat cake. Ice cream tasted great although very small portion. Atmosphere was nice, clean, kid friendly. Service was great and friendly, they came to check on us just the right amount. All in all, great experience and probably gonna try house combo next time. Would recommend to anyone who wants shabu2 hotpot in Redmond area.

This was our second time visiting, and it was just as delicious as the first! All the food tasted fresh, and the beef was high quality. The servers were friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were doing well. I’d say it’s the best hot pot place in Seattle and would highly recommend it to everyone.
